Memorial Day Weekend

Summer is finally here, and so is the camping season!!! I hope to see many of you Up North for Memorial Day Weekend. Here is the menu and food assignments.

Friday - on your own

Saturday - BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Cheesy Potatoes

**Everyone must bring a pork roast big enough for your family. 

• Dan and Families - Cheesy Potatoes
• Pam and Families - Buns and BBQ Sauce (Famous Dave's Sweet and Sassy is preferred!)
• Darin - Coleslaw
• Dean - Any Salad
• Paula - Dessert
• Peanie - Dessert
• Jackie - Dessert

Sunday - Brats and Hotdogs

**Everyone must bring brats and/or hotdogs for your family and buns.

• Dan and Families - Potato Salad
• Pam and Families - Any Salad, Dessert, and Chips
• Darin - Dessert
• Dean - Dessert
• Paula - Beans
• Peanie - Sour Kraut
• Jackie - Any Salad

If you are planning to come, but are not on the list, please bring a dish to pass of your choice. If you are on the list, but will not be Up North for the weekend or one of the days, please let us know as soon as possible.

A huge "Thank You" to all of the people who saved and donated pop cans. We filled Dan's trailer with over 600 pounds of cans and made $380.00!! All of the money was deposited into the Up North Fund.
